Hi, I'm Shantel Brooks, an Army Veteran and Transaction Coordinator with The Javoura Collective. I became a Transaction Coordinator because I'm passionate about creating organized, seamless real estate transactions while giving agents the support they need to focus on serving their clients.

1. What are your prices?

Our Transaction Coordination services start at $300 per transaction. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the file or any additional services requested.

2. What areas do you service?

We proudly provide Transaction Coordination services in all 50 states.

3. If the sale falls through, is payment still required?

Yes. If a transaction is canceled after work has begun, a $200 cancellation fee is required to cover the time and services already completed by your Transaction Coordinator.

4. Do you work non-traditional hours?

Yes. We understand that real estate doesn't stop at 5:00 PM. We offer evening availability to better accommodate agents, clients, and transaction deadlines.

5. Who do you communicate with during the transaction?

We coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and all other parties involved to help ensure a smooth and successful closing.
